How to reframe your negative thoughts

The thoughts you think hold so much power. You can change those thoughts if they are not helpful to you and aligned to your goals. Here's how by reframing your negative thoughts...

So if you have uncovered a negative thought that you want to change here is how you can start.

  1. Write down the negative thought eg. I don’t deserve it, I’m not good enough etc.
  2. Ask yourself is this thought really true. (If it is then stop this process and write down some action steps that you can do around this thought i.e. “I don’t appreciate the money in my life” If this is true you could become conscious to be more grateful for any money that comes into your life. Try saying thank you, thank you, thank you when you receive any money or discounts, start tracking your money daily and show gratitude.)
  3. If the thought isn’t true re-write the thought on a separate peace of paper  i.e “I don’t deserve it” could become “I deserve all the money and abundance that I desire” or “I have to work hard” could become “Everything I want flows to me with ease” (If your struggling to reframe a thought please drop me a message and I will help you)
  4. Repeat this process with any other negative thoughts that you have become aware of.
  5. When you’ve reframed all the negative thoughts that you want to, take your piece of paper with the negative belief on it and rip it up or burn it (safely) and visualise that thought being erased from your mind.
  6. Write down your new belief several times a day, stick it up places where you can see it throughout the day, set a reminder on your phone do it pops up several times a day, repeat it to yourself while out walking/running or driving or anything else you can think of to cement this new positive thought into your mind.

Repeat this process as often as you need too.
